PARIS, FRANCE – After several successful #LarryClark100 pop-up sales in New York City, Paris, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and London. Original Larry Clark prints will be available exclusively online for the first time ever to everyone anywhere in the world.
Ahead of the next #LarryClark100 100€ Pop-Up Sale happening at ReTramp in April during Gallery Weekend in Berlin, Germany. The legendary Larry Clark have decided to distribute a good portion from his personal collection to DAMN CO for fans that couldn’t be at these pop-ups in this first ever Mystery Print Flash Sale beginning 11 March 2019 while supplies last.
The random prints are personally developed by Clark, mainly at pharmacies and one hour photo shops from the original negatives. One-of-a-kind photographs straight from the studio’s crate, all of which were taken between the 1990s and 2000s of the artist’s extensive circle of friends and collaborators, skaters, muses, and subjects.
Represented in the photography collections of many major museums around the world, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Museum of Modern Art, New York, also includes outtakes from a calendar shoot for the street brand Supreme, as well as many unique portraits, self portraits and various snapshots. These unique 4 x 6 in. and 5 x 7 in. colour prints will be sold pre-picked at 100€ each for a limited time and truly a unique opportunity to have an original Larry Clark.

Larry Clark was born in Tulsa in 1943, he lives and works in New York and Paris. In 1995 Larry Clark released his first feature film at the Cannes Film Festival, Kids which was lauded as an instant classic. Other film projects include Another Day in Paradise (1998), Bully (2001), Ken Park (2002), Wassup Rockers (2005), his recent feature Marfa Girl which premiered November 2012 at the 7th Rome Film Festival won the Golden Marcus Aurelius Prize, and his most recent feature The Smell of Us (2014). Larry Clark’s work is represented in the photography collections of many major museum collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, The Museum of Modern Art, New York, The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Pinakothek Der Moderne, Munich.
